I have had mine for about three years now and it is as fool proof as they come. I am not in the business of selling bread machines but I am in the business of women loving their homes and feeling like they own their space. Nothing says owning your kitchen like homemade bread right?! I have messed around with so many different kinds of bread- wheat bread, Italian bread, cinnamon pecan, etc. You literally dump all the ingredients in at once and then a couple hours later your home smells like a French bakery. This is a good bread base to use below (just change the sugar measurement to 4 tablespoons if you don’t want a sweet bread). Once you use this base listed below, you can add cinnamon, pecans, cheese, herbs, etc.) Joanna’s Sweet Bread: 1 cup warm water 3/4 cup white sugar 1 (.25 ou) package bread machine yeast 1/4 vegetable oil 3 cups bread flour 1 tsp salt Dump all this in together and press the “basic” on your bread machine, then press start.
