Salted Maple Cider

Ingredients

  • 3 cups apple cider
  • 3 teaspoons pure maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • Pinch salt
  • Salted Maple Whipped Cream

Directions

Heat apple cider in a small saucepan over medium-high until just simmering. Add maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and salt; whisk to combine. Pour cider evenly into two mugs. Top with Salted Maple Whipped Cream and additional pumpkin pie spice. Serve immediately.

Salted Maple Whipped Cream

Beat ⅓ cup heavy cream, 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup, and ¼ teaspoon kosher salt in a medium bowl with a mixer on medium until stiff peaks form.
