About

The Gaines family is a house divided when it comes to cookies versus brownies so Jo created this two-in-one as a tasty compromise. With a soft rise and just the right amount of gooeyness, our Brownie Cookies are crisp at the edges, fudgy at the center, and oh so chocolatey.

Baking Instructions

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place oven rack in the middle position and preheat to 350°F.
  2. Remove plastic packaging from frozen cookie dough and place on a parchment lined baking sheet 2 inches apart.
  3. Bake 15–18 minutes until the desired doneness is reached. Cooking time will vary. We like our cookies with a lightly set exterior and a soft, brownie-like center.
  4. Cool on the pan for 1 minute, then transfer to a rack to cool completely and enjoy.
