“I’m a firm believer that there is no better duo than chocolate and peanut butter, so I like to press a few peanut butter chips into the tops of the dough balls before baking. Just rest the dough at room temperature for 30 minutes until soft enough for the chips to settle in.”—Jo

INGREDIENTS
- 1 package of Magnolia Table Brownie Cookies
- ¾ cup peanut butter chips
- Flaky salt, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
1. Set a package of frozen cookie dough on the counter for about 30 minutes, until softened but not fully thawed. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Pour peanut butter chips into a shallow bowl. Gently press each softened dough ball into the chips, coating the top and sides.
3. Arrange cookie dough on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 to 18 minutes. When finished baking, sprinkle the warm cookies with flaky salt and leave them to cool on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes.
