Flaky, golden, and irresistibly buttery, Jo’s Buttermilk Biscuits are a true labor of love. After a full year of recipe testing and dozens of batches, Jo finally found her way to the perfect biscuit. Every bite is warm, layered, and melt-in-your-mouth good. There’s really no wrong way to eat a biscuit; warm with butter, drizzled with honey or jam, topped with gravy, or smeared with strawberry butter.
Baking Instructions
DIRECTIONS:
- Place oven rack in the middle position and preheat to 400°F.
- Remove plastic packaging and place frozen biscuits on a parchment lined baking sheet at least an inch apart.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes, until golden brown.
- Brush the tops of biscuits with melted butter and sprinkle with flaky salt. Serve warm.
