Masterchem Industries LLC warrants to the original residential consumer purchaser the performance of this product as described on this label for so long as you reside in your home. THIS WARRANTY IS NOT VALID WHEN THE PRODUCT IS NOT PROPERLY APPLIED TO A PROPERLY PREPARED SURFACE OR CARED FOR IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LABEL DIRECTIONS. This warranty is not transferable.

If this product is found not to perform as specified upon inspection by our representative during the warranty period, Masterchem Industries LLC will, at its option and upon presentation of proof-of-purchase (the original receipt), either furnish an equivalent amount of new product or refund the original purchase price of this product to you.

Is it khaki or is it gray?

"I was looking for a color that was grayer than tan but tanner than gray. One of those "exactly what color is this?" colors. I painted the sample and still wasn't sure; I planned to use it all over my first floor, so it needed to be exactly right. I bought more and painted an entire wall. After it dried, perfect! I have now painted my: - Kitchen ... looks awesome with my white cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The golden light in the sitting area brings out the green in the paint. - Library ... works well with a wide variety of art and with a mish-mash of books. - Living room ... perfect backdrop to let the room shine - Hall ... not too dark and not too light. I really like this color and paint!"

A staple color

"I love Kilz and I love this shade! I have used it through my entire home. I would describe it as beautiful creamy warm beige. Sadly like everything else nowadays, the price has gone up. It was $45 a gallon when I first started purchasing it in 2018."

"I used less than two small sample cans to do multiple layers on my night stands. They were originally dark Forrest green and black before I painted them. The paint covered it all with no sanding or primer! It also dried very fast so the process only took a few hours. So impressed!"

Amazing Coverage and Color

"This is the first paint I have ever written a review on. Devoted SW person, but Joanna's colors I couldn't pass up. Southern Grown is a delightful mixture of beige/cream with muted undertones of Gray, a very soft color. One coat coverage, although I did apply 2, for consistency of color and cleanability. This paint and the color achieved the look I was looking for. Next color Gatherings."

"Painted almost my entire open concept home with this color. Am so glad I decided to try this paint. It is a beautiful calm neutral color. I have repainted my home many times over the past 10 years because I just couldn't find a color I was happy with. Great color for entire house or open concept areas

"This color is beautiful. I ordered the sample along with 3 other sample colors. It is very close to the color my living/dining/entryway/stairwell area is painted which is Sherwin Williams Accessible Beige. I even painted a small 4 inch area over my Accessible Beige and you can barely see where the Southern Grown paint is. Had I known they were so close I would have used this instead because it's cheaper and waaaaay better quality. The only difference between Souhtern Grown and Accessible Beige that I noticed was that Southern Grown has a very slight green undertone in certain lighting."

"This color was just right for my combination living and dining room. It is the perfect griege color. I used Big Horn in the halls visible from these rooms and may be too gray/cool.
