"I love all my purchases from Magnolia but I have a few issues with this specific item. The glass is fairly thin which makes me nervous about the family removing and replacing it to grab treats. The lid doesn’t sit level so it rocks. I see what others meant about the color being a bit more green. I actually like it. Otherwise, I think it’s beautiful and the base is substantial. Also, it arrived well packed and nicely protected."

"The fluting on the base is lovely, but "French grey" is more sage/pistachio than gray. Online it looked to have oatmeal undertones & that would have been OK with my gray & white countertops, but the green tone isn't what I was expecting. It's a lovely piece, but not the right color for me."
