A Superior Cookware Skillet
"I've been cooking for my family for over 50 years and have collected any number of cast iron pieces. I recently realized I needed a14 inch skillet, so I purchased the 14 inch Smithey skillet from Magnolia and what an amazingly different skillet this is! It is virtually non-stick; needs just a dot or two of oil; fries foods perfectly; and clean-up is a breeze! I am thrilled with this skillet and am considering buying another one in a smaller size. All in all it is a vastly superior product. Perfectly wrapped, delivered and most important a perfect addition to anyone's kitchen."

- Thanks for asking, Taylor! Yes, this skillet will work great on induction stovetops, but it is recommended that you use the largest burner size available for this 14” skillet. Should your burner be too small, the skillet will not distribute heat properly and your food won't cook evenly. Should you run into this issue, we recommend heating the skillet in your oven first, then moving it to your stove top to cook.
