THIS WARRANTY IS NOT VALID WHEN THE PRODUCT IS NOT PROPERLY APPLIED TO A PROPERLY PREPARED SURFACE OR CARED FOR IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LABEL DIRECTIONS. This warranty is not transferable.
If this product is found not to perform as specified upon inspection by our representative during the warranty period, Masterchem Industries LLC will, at its option and upon presentation of proof-of-purchase (the original receipt), either furnish an equivalent amount of new product or refund the original purchase price of this product to you.
This warranty excludes (1) labor and costs of labor for the application or removal of any product, and (2) any incidental or consequential damages, whether based on breach of express or implied warranty, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory. "Chose this color for our powder room cabinets; I wanted a gray-blue that was more peacock/teal than navy and this really delivered. My friends and husband were skeptical when I showed them the paint chip but it really wowed everyone when we were finished!"

"I bought a ranch style home in August, built in 1957 and the color of a manila envelope with faded maroon shutters. This color was just what the home needed to bring life to its exterior. The compliments on this color have not stopped. It’s all of fresh while giving a warm and cozy feel.
