Light behaves differently around the Scalloped Brass and Mercury Glass Vessel than it does around most tabletop pieces, bouncing across the fluted mercury glass and catching again along the scalloped brass base beneath it. That double reflection is really the point: this vessel gives off a soft, silvery glow of its own, independent of any candle nearby.

Fill it with seasonal florals, tucked pinecones, or a handful of ornaments for a centerpiece with real height, or leave it empty and let the glass and brass do the work on their own. The scalloped edge along the base isn't incidental, either, echoing the same curved detailing found on our Scalloped Collection dinnerware and linens, so a table already set with those pieces gains an easy, coordinated centerpiece without any extra planning.

Set it at the middle of a dining table surrounded by greenery and a run of taper candlesticks, or let it stand alone on a mantel or console where the mercury glass has room to catch whatever light passes by. This is a display piece rather than a serving vessel, not meant for food or drink.
