This item is shipped through Magnolia Home Rugs by Joanna Gaines x Loloi. An additional charge will be added to accommodate shipping, which can be viewed at checkout. Allow up to three weeks for delivery. Please note, we require a signature upon delivery for all rugs in your order.

This item is not eligible for Expedited or International Shipping.

Returns
If you order a Magnolia Home by Joanna Gaines x Loloi rug from us and you don't absolutely love it, you can return within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. Once your rug has been processed, it is not eligible for cancellation but can be returned for a refund.

Your satisfaction is what matters most to us, so should your item arrive damaged or defective, please reach out to help@magnolia.com for assistance. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and images of the rug and its packaging. Beautiful however the wool pills

"I got this rug for my baby’s nursery. Loved the way it looked and the wool was soft to touch. Unfortunately this rug is more for “show” as when you start to walk over it the wool pills and you will find it all over the room in little balls. Unfortunately not worth the hefty price tag. "

"This rug has a beautiful subtle pattern. The shade of it is neutral enough to blend into any room. Very nice quality. The rug is thick. Stitching is very well done. I ordered the 3x5 and am very satisfied with this purchase. I put it in our kitchen but would make a nice living room rug as well. "
