The Weck Company began developing its home-canning method for glass jars in Oflingen, Germany in the early 1900s—long before our love of pickling and preserving started. Now they make some of the most tried-and-true jars on the market for preserving, storing, and serving. Featuring removable, rust-free glass lids with sealing gaskets to keep your goods airtight, these jars come in an array of shapes and sizes. It's easier to clean than many others and the wide mouth makes scooping the dough out easy and getting your hand in there to use a paper towel to save your sink/pipes.
