"I was really disappointed with the quality of this double frame, especially given the price. The design itself is nice, but the chain that the frames hang from is very flimsy. One of the chains actually broke while I was trying to hang it, before it was even in use. For what this frame costs, I shouldn’t have to replace hardware just to safely display it. I ended up needing to find a sturdier chain on my own, which was frustrating and unexpected. Overall, it looks good once fixed, but the hanging mechanism seriously detracts from the value and quality."

Beautiful, but shorter height than in description

"This is a beautiful frame set and well made. It is very sturdy and has a nice weight to it. I took off one star because when hung the height was roughly 33. 5 inches rather than the 39 inches in the description. I wish I had known that before it was already mounted into the wall and could have adjusted the height without having to drywall and repaint the higher height holes. I would lay it all out assembled before hanging up to check the height before drilling holes in the wall. It did originally come cracked and missing the bar to hang the frames on; customer service was great and corrected immediately."

"So far I really like it, I’m having my place painted so I haven’t hung it. I also bought the single framed one and the corner welding is absolutely terrible looking and very obvious. Returning items takes so much time out of our busy lives…. I’m very disappointed that I’m stuck with it!"

beautiful but inconsistent length

"I purchased three of these frames for our hallway. These are stunning; however, the chain length on only one of the frames is significantly shorter than the other. This causes the bottom frame to be completely crooked. For the price of these, I just dont feel this should be an issue whatsoever. I am hoping I can get new chains that match in length sent out, as other than this they are perfect!"
