This item is shipped through Magnolia Home Rugs by Joanna Gaines x Loloi. An additional charge will be added to accommodate shipping, which can be viewed at checkout. Allow up to three weeks for delivery. Please note, we require a signature upon delivery for all rugs in your order.
This item is not eligible for Expedited or International Shipping.

Returns
If you order a Magnolia Home by Joanna Gaines x Loloi rug from us and you don't absolutely love it, you can return within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. Once your rug has been processed, it is not eligible for cancellation but can be returned for a refund.
Your satisfaction is what matters most to us, so should your item arrive damaged or defective, please reach out to help@magnolia.com for assistance. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and images of the rug and its packaging. - Hi, I feel worried of buying a rug online, I am not sure how it looks like exactly and is there a big difference from the pictures shown online? Do you have any pictures of the back of it and is the color online very closed with the rug ?
- Hi Qinghua! We do not currently have photos of the back of our rugs, however, if you do order it and it doesn't work out, you have 30 days from the date the rug is delivered to send it back for a full refund!
