1 Star times Two!

"I ordered the complete set of 3 City Sketch frames pieces. Waited 6 weeks for them to arrive, so needless to say, I was excited when they did arrive. Only to be quite disappointed to find that whoever put the hardware on City Sketch III, installed it I. The vertical position, not horizontal. Contacted your help dept. Delaney was incredible! Ordered another piece to be shipped free of charge and told me to keep the one I had. 3 Weeks later the replacement arrives, only to find that it too had the hardware in the wrong position! I did contact Delaney again to let her know. In the meantime I reconfigured the hardware, something that I should not have to do on a $150 piece of artwork. If not for that unacceptable issue, I would definitely give City Sketch III 5 stars! But Delaney gets 10!"
