Loved it except for
"On Friday I flew in from California to veiw and buy at the stores, when after waiting in line to go into the bakery to get my $40.00 purchase this happened to me. My daughter got her purchsae and I knew mine would take longer so after 3-4 people came and went a large order came up and the girl called Glinda which sounds like Linda and no one came up. Well after hearing her call a few times I asked if it could be mine. She replied no I said Glinda not Linda. I responded yes but can you just check for me and she said " don't worry honey yours will come up" so I waited, she called out for Glinda with no response. So I asked her again to please check the tickets, she said it was not mine and walked away. She began to mock a you tube thing that says (Linda Linda stop it Linda) we all heard it .So I laughed and asked her to stop it. Finally another girl that took my order came over and asked me for my receipt and gave me that order I had been asking about. This took me about 20 min. of waiting and 6 people after my order. I know you have a great Business and other then that problem it was like going to Disneyland in Texas. Just thought you needed to know because she alone can bring it down."
