"This is a gorgeous lamp. We use a low wattage to keep soft lighting in our living room but I am amazed at how it feels in the room. It’s bright a gentle delicate feeling to our home. Only suggested change I would make in the design is to be able to make the hinge actually work so the light could raise and lower. Otherwise no complaints and would highly recommend."

Pretty but not accurate to the description

"The other reviews are right. This is a beautiful lamp, but the dimensions and photos on the website are not accurate. The lamp is roughly 40"L by 14"W by 61"H and the base is 11" in diameter. The photos show a loop finial at the top, but instead came with a ball finial. The photos also show an adjustable height knob on the pole, but the lamp I received did not have this. Ultimately, while this is a nice lamp it did not fit in the space I intended and I'm now left trying to find a new home for it because it is non-returnable. The lamp itself is great, but I knocked off two stars because of the misleading photos and inaccurate description."

"One star off, because it is advertised as adjustable. You can adjust the angle of the shade, but not the height. It ended up being shorter than I was expecting. The shade and brass color are beautiful though."

"Item is different than in the photo. The top part is not the same and there is no way to change length as shown in photo. The glass shade arrived damaged and customer service has yet to refund or respond to my emails. Sadly this will be the last time I order from this store."
