THIS WARRANTY IS NOT VALID WHEN THE PRODUCT IS NOT PROPERLY APPLIED TO A PROPERLY PREPARED SURFACE OR CARED FOR IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LABEL DIRECTIONS. This warranty is not transferable.

"My husband and I bought a 1917 farmhouse that had been updated in the 70’s and 80’s, in other words the charm was removed. We have been renovating ever room to get the charm back. We decided on Lit Candles for our kitchen. I wanted a subtle yellow and this color is perfect. It isn’t a true cream but some might describe it as cream with yellow undertones. I wish I could post a picture. We painted our cabinets shiplap and the two colors compliment each other very well. We have black hardware and lighting fixtures for our pop of color. Perfect kitchen colors."

Very nice color.
"I bought the sample paint. This color is a very nice "lit candle" color. The name says it all. It is a soft, muted, rich-looking yellow-beige. I don't think it will be the color I choose for my project, but I could definitely easily live with this color on my condo walls. [I moved into my condo 13 years ago and a medium pink-beige was on the walls. I ignored it, even though I woke up the first morning and thought, "Argh" when I looked at the walls. Two years ago, when I couldn't stand it anymore, I started hiring painters and painting myself.] Joanna lived up to my expectations of what she, as a designer, would create in giving this Magnolia paint color a nice color. It's really nice to see a color that is pleasing, even if not my ultimate choice. The sample paint from Magnolia is much better (thicker and better color) than the sample paint I buy from SW. However, if this sample paint is indicative of what the gallon will be, the gallon will be thinner than the SW Duration gallon paint I normally use. SW gallons are different from SW samples in paint quality. I've painted nearly my entire condo in SW paint, mostly the Duration type, so I know SW paint pretty well. Even so, this Magnolia paint didn't splatter, and it covered well, so it's not a big deal that it's thinner than the $69.99/gallon SW paint I normally buy."

Luxurious!
"I just purchased a new home built in 1932 and I was eager to give it a face lift. I started with the master bedroom and chose Lit Candles for the walls in an eggshell. The room has a lot of windows which face south and east, so I wanted a paint that was going to magnify that early morning and afternoon light. I wanted to accentuate those bright rays of morning and the mellow soothing warmth for the evenings as well. This is the perfect color! I LOVE IT! I've painted my trim in the True White and it really shows off the color even better when paired together. First, I will say this is an exceptionally luxurious paint. Wow... Joanna has really gone over the top in developing this line with Kilz. When I began to work with it, I was very surprised at how thick, creamy, and easy it was to work with. A little goes a long way. The coverage was absolutely superb. I have a 15x18 ft room and I used 1.5 gallons for two full coats on the walls, and I was painting over a sage green. It gave excellent coverage! The eggshell was just what I wanted, and once dry the finish was precisely the perfect sheen between a matte and satin. As for the color, it's definitely warm and appropriately placed in the family of yellows. I would otherwise call this a traditional antique ivory for anyone who is questioning the color. It's soft, bright, warm, and cheerful. Like a delicate sunshine. And the paint quality will not disappoint! It's fantastic! Every penny well spent! Thank you, Joanna!"

Beautiful
"I recently redid my office and need the Magnolia touch! This is great paint. The coverage is great, and I only needed one coat over my (previously) ivory colored walls. The yellow of this is only slightly beige. The yellow is understated, soft, and a perfect way to compliment any space."
