"I loved visiting the Magnolia shops, as indicated in my previous review. The dishes that were shipped to me were in a carton weighing over 29 pounds and FedEx took them to the wrong unit. At 80 the carton was way to heavy for me and I had to enlist help to transport the shipment to my home. Magnolia customer service was uncaring about my predicament and your web site was not helpful. The free shipping was helpful, but I needed to contact you to get it applied because the clerk did not include it at point of purchase. I do like the dishes."
