If this product is found not to perform as specified upon inspection by our representative during the warranty period, Masterchem Industries LLC will, at its option and upon presentation of proof-of-purchase (the original receipt), either furnish an equivalent amount of new product or refund the original purchase price of this product to you.
This warranty excludes (1) labor and costs of labor for the application or removal of any product, and (2) any incidental or consequential damages, whether based on breach of express or implied warranty, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory. "We looked for at least a year trying to find the perfect color for our downstairs which had all kinds of different artificial and natural lighting. This made it a challenge. Every poster board we painted with the same color looked different in every room downstairs. But Gold Moss was the first color that looked perfect in every room with our lighting, natural light and our cherry wood floors! It's exquisite! So elegant and complements everything in our house. It doesn't seem to matter what you put next to it, it seems to make it look better! In our family room (cherry floors and espresso and white painted wood--it's eclectic!) we are using Navy blue as an accent color along with our cream-colored couch. This Gold Moss is really quite an earth tone and goes with everything. I was sick of seeing gray everywhere. This is warm and elegant!"
