"This is very beginner friendly. I love the simplicity of the drawings. I don’t love that the instructions from the previous painting is on the back of the next painting. My plan was to keep to instructions to reuse. Plus if you are planning to give someone a painting that you made, it is not ideal to have meaningless instructions on the back. This may steer me away from buying other varieties."

Christmas present
"We bought this for our grand daughter for Christmas and are certain she will love it. It offers suggestions for painting and provides an easy way for her to practice. Overall, we thought most everything at Magnolia was over priced and this was one of the few things we bought. For that reason, I give it a 4 star rating rather than five."
