THIS WARRANTY IS NOT VALID WHEN THE PRODUCT IS NOT PROPERLY APPLIED TO A PROPERLY PREPARED SURFACE OR CARED FOR IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LABEL DIRECTIONS. This warranty is not transferable.
If this product is found not to perform as specified upon inspection by our representative during the warranty period, Masterchem Industries LLC will, at its option and upon presentation of proof-of-purchase (the original receipt), either furnish an equivalent amount of new product or refund the original purchase price of this product to you.
This warranty excludes (1) labor and costs of labor for the application or removal of any product, and (2) any incidental or consequential damages, whether based on breach of express or implied warranty, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory. "A co-worker recommended Magnolia Homes paint to me. It was my first time attempting to paint and was very nervous since it was a little more pricier than most paints. Best paint ever. None of that awful paint fumes and it went on like silk. The earl gray was the exact gray I wanted.It went so good I painted my bathroom. Would definitely recommend "

"I must have tried 4 or 5 different best-selling grays from various brands before finally choosing this one. The others would show more blue or green tones to the point where I don't know if I would call it a gray but this one was SPOT ON PERFECTION! The coverage of the paint truly is amazing as well. I painted over dark chocolate brown walls and almost had it all covered with the first coat. I have no doubt that I will be using this line again. Magnolia for the win!"

"I have used Cupola, Piece of Cake and Earl Grey and I absolutely love this paint! I have tried every brand you can think of and Magnolia Home is so smooth to apply and the colors are just gorgeous. Earl Grey I thought would be too dark in my kitchen but it looked fabulous! I look forward to trying more great shades! Love it!"

"I loved this color in the sample. When I put some on the wall I was so concerned it would be too dark. It turned out simple gorgeous. We put it in the guest room and my husband loved the color and arrangement so much he said maybe we should move into this room!!"
