Jewel Tone looks green at first then jewel tones show through. I would not classify as True Navy.

"It really depends on the light of the day and of course the type of light fixtures that are in your home. I would say, rather the bulb wattage. We decided to paint this color in our large family room for the relaxed EnglishCountry style that I am going for. I do love the color but I was hoping it would be as pictured in the mini makeover blog. It definitly shows more of a jewel not navy coming through. All of that being said I am happy with it and will adjust my other decor plans to fit the jewel tone. I plan on paining my kitchen cabintets in the same color, so it really is a lovely color. I buy all of my paints from the magnolia line. I have found that I don't have to make another trip to the paint store when I buy their colors. I would love post pictures to help but I don't see where that is a possibility. Good luck and Happy decorating!"
