So pretty

"I ordered this ladder earlier in the year and because of home rennovations, didnt open it for over a month. Unfortunately one of the legs was completely broken in one spot, with a crack in another. I immediately sent an email and was instructed to send it back and then then they would send a replacement. Then life happened and I didnt get around to having time to send it back for 2 months. And then I realized I was only given 5 days to send it back originally. So I sent another email about a week ago hoping they would still allow me to return it. This time I was told to keep it and they would send me another. It came yesterday and I was a little apprehensive opening it because I don't think they do the best packing them, but its perfect and looks great in my space. I really appreciate them accomodating my request."
