Masterchem Industries LLC warrants to the original residential consumer purchaser the performance of this product as described on this label for so long as you reside in your home. THIS WARRANTY IS NOT VALID WHEN THE PRODUCT IS NOT PROPERLY APPLIED TO A PROPERLY PREPARED SURFACE OR CARED FOR IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LABEL DIRECTIONS. This warranty is not transferable.
If this product is found not to perform as specified upon inspection by our representative during the warranty period, Masterchem Industries LLC will, at its option and upon presentation of proof-of-purchase (the original receipt), either furnish an equivalent amount of new product or refund the original purchase price of this product to you.

"We are in the process of painting our main level with all Magnolia paint colors. I fell in love with the color selection and felt most matched well. Started with Earl Gray in the kitchen and had phenomenal results, great coverage no streaks. When I switched to Garden Trowel and Cupola in the family room, the coverage was fair and there were streak marks. Americana Egg was excellent. I'm having the worst time with Blue Skies in the office- looks streaky and I'm going to have to use 4 coats. Any advice for the streaks? I was told to try Flotroe."

Disappointed
"I agree with the other reviewers that this paint does not go on smoothly. I have been painting my whole house and have used SW, Benjamin Moore, and Behr paints with much better results. Besides that, the color is inconsistent. I purchased the Blue Skies color and it was not the same shade as listed online. I know that color variations certainly happen, but when I looked it up on the Kilz website, it was a totally different shade of blue. I submitted both images to customer service and they simply told me to contact Kilz. Again, save your money and the headache and go with a different paint brand. All of the three I mentioned are better options."

Do not use this paint.
"I was so excited to use this paint. We LOVE chip and Joanna. However, this paint does not go on evenly. We are 4 coats in and still touching up with the 5th coat in some areas. We used a satin finish. Some areas look satin some look flat. Unfortunately this is the worst paint I have ever used. I have used several brands of paint and never had this many issues. Also I never write reviews. However every time I put a coat of paint on I see the need to warn others."

"I've used many brands of paint and Magnolia paint is by far the best of all the ones I've tried. It's creamy & goes on smoothly. I painted my sitting room walls & the cabinets in my laundry room. It is totally streak free & looks flawless. I will only use this paint for all my projects!"

I'd give this zero stars if I could
"Literally the worst paint I've ever used in my life. Went on like a watercolor. 3 coats in, and it's still not looking uniform. I'm shocked this product would even be sold to consumers, it's that terrible, let alone for the exorbitant $45 price tag. Save your money, time, and frustration and just go to BM."
