Absolutely beautiful but..

"It’s nothing to return over since it’s a fireplace screen and obviously going to show wear with use (duh it’s a fire) but just be aware that it does change color. The bronze is lighter in some spots now. This does not bother me but in case it will both you just keep that in mind. The tulip detail on the bottom is so perfect and it’s nice and heavy so our cat can’t knock it down."

"The color was entirely different than pictured. No beautiful gold patina, but an ugly aged burnished brass color. I decided not to send it back because it would be too much trouble to repackage it so I applied rub-n-buff in antique gold and was happy with the result"

Fireplace screen

"I like the quality and look of the screen -it’s an attractive piece. However, there is a small section of the screen that is missing some of the gold tint which is very obvious in certain lighting situations. I didn’t want to hassle with boxing it up and shipping it back as it is quite cumbersome so I’m hoping I can touch it up myself. For this reason I cannot give it a five star rating and was somewhat disappointed."
