A Collection of Recipes Passed Through Generations

Wooden recipe box is open to reveal recipe cards. A pair of glasses and pen rest on top of displayed recipe cards.

Passed down from generation to generation, heirloom recipes remind us that the best meals aren’t just made—they’re shared. Recipes carry the stories of those who came before us, the warmth of family gatherings, and magical moments spent in the kitchen. They’re tools for learning by heart rather than by measure. Jo enjoys embracing this tradition in the kitchen, often returning to nostalgic recipes the whole family loves and adding new life to each dish.

We’ve pulled together a few recipes that inspire keeping tradition alive—while adding new chapters.
