This item is shipped through Magnolia Home Rugs by Joanna Gaines x Loloi. An additional charge will be added to accommodate shipping, which can be viewed at checkout. Allow up to three weeks for delivery. Please note, we require a signature upon delivery for all rugs in your order.

Returns
If you order a Magnolia Home by Joanna Gaines x Loloi rug from us and you don't absolutely love it, you can return within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. Once your rug has been processed, it is not eligible for cancellation but can be returned for a refund.
Your satisfaction is what matters most to us, so should your item arrive damaged or defective, please reach out to help@magnolia.com for assistance. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and images of the rug and its packaging. "I bought this rug because I loved the pattern, color profile and price for the size. I bought it for my bedroom and absolutely love it. It is simple, very low pile yet a comfortable feel to the feet. The color has a lot of beige in it, so I feel it hides dirt and debris nicely! The dark blue coloring on the border is beautiful and tasteful - you don't need to have blue in your room for this rug to work. Even though it is blue, it is so tasteful and subtle it almost acts as a neutral color. The design is printed on the rug, which makes it so affordable, but it doesn't look like that in person. It's really beautiful, makes a lovely, tasteful statement, and is such a large rug for SUCH an affordable price. Would absolutely recommend this rug!"
