Mirta likes multicolored tomatoes as they make for a more visually appealing salad. If you find really ripe, sweet summer tomatoes, those would be lovely here. This salad is a common addition to the Argentinian table.
Ingredients
1 pound cherry tomatoes in assorted colors, halved
1/2 small yellow onion, thinly sliced
1 avocado, cubed
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions
Put the tomatoes, onions, and avocado cubes in a large bowl. Add the oil, oregano, and salt, and gently toss together.
