The Wimberly Collection is made in India and Goodweave-certified, ensuring our commitment to ethical production and the support of weavers’ communities. Some shedding is expected and a natural characteristic of wool rugs; we recommend vacuuming frequently without a beater bar.

Care & Use: Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean, white sponge or cloth. Professional cleaning recommended. Appropriate rug pad is highly recommended on all surfaces to prevent slipping, add cushion, and improve durability. For vacuuming, use a vacuum cleaner without a beater bar or one where you can set the bar to the highest pile setting. If your vacuum has variable power settings, set on low. Vacuum the full length of the rug, turn, and repeat to the next area, rather than back and forth motion.

This item is shipped through Magnolia Home Rugs by Joanna Gaines x Loloi. An additional charge will be added to accommodate shipping, which can be viewed at checkout. Allow up to three weeks for delivery. Please note, we require a signature upon delivery for all rugs in your order.

Returns
If you order a Magnolia Home by Joanna Gaines x Loloi rug from us and you don't absolutely love it, you can return within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. Once your rug has been processed, it is not eligible for cancellation but can be returned for a refund.

Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and images of the rug and its packaging.
