Hand forged in Charleston, South Carolina, this cast iron griddle features Smithey’s signature, fully polished interior finish which, once seasoned, creates a naturally non-stick surface that is easy to clean and will never stain or chip. In addition to its regular use, this griddle is also perfectly sized to fit on top of the Smithey Cast Iron Skillet (No. 12) as a custom lid.

"Firstly the packaging was incredible as usual-very secure and fun to open( like Christmas). The griddle is beautifully crafted and definitely an heirloom! It heats up slowly but to the perfect temperature for yummy pancakes or anything else like crapes or roti. I previously bought the 12” skillet which this griddle can also be a lid. Great products!"
