Returns
If you order a Magnolia Home by Joanna Gaines x Loloi rug from us and you don't absolutely love it, you can return within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. Once your rug has been processed, it is not eligible for cancellation but can be returned for a refund.
Your satisfaction is what matters most to us, so should your item arrive damaged or defective, please reach out to help@magnolia.com for assistance. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and images of the rug and its packaging. "Gorgeous rug, but one corner had a bright white line coursing through it, that was clear defect. It ruined the patina of the rock. Every time I came in the entry I saw the white line. I ended up giving it to my niece who is moving into a new apartment. I’ve always loved the quality and style of everything Magnolia. This is a first time disappointment. Best regards, Suzanne"
