Masterchem Industries LLC warrants to the original residential consumer purchaser the performance of this product as described on this label for so long as you reside in your home. THIS WARRANTY IS NOT VALID WHEN THE PRODUCT IS NOT PROPERLY APPLIED TO A PROPERLY PREPARED SURFACE OR CARED FOR IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LABEL DIRECTIONS. This warranty is not transferable.

If this product is found not to perform as specified upon inspection by our representative during the warranty period, Masterchem Industries LLC will, at its option and upon presentation of proof-of-purchase (the original receipt), either furnish an equivalent amount of new product or refund the original purchase price of this product to you.

Cabinetry paint

"On June 28 I ordered (#6258562) Tru-White cabinetry paint. Shipment delayed and an order (#6266709) was placed by a Magnolia employee - not me - for a replacement of my original order with Shiplap paint. FedEx delivery (#281209174875) arrived July 9th with a very kind Thank You note, but NO paint!! Corresponded with Angelica via email and spoke with Mia via phone July 13 and both committed to get back to me - no response. I expected more from this organization and am very disappointed the customer experience was managed poorly on so many levels. Ultimately cancelled my order and bought paint from Sherwin Williams as I could not wait any longer."
