"I ordered this bench last April while visiting magnolia home. Due to the demands and back orders, we did not receive the bench until September. Upon arrival it was damaged. I called magnolia home and they immediately made a claim to order me a new bench. A new bench arrives in November and I absolutely love this piece of furniture— it reminds me of our trip to Texas and magnolia market! "

"I had to wait 3 months for this bench, dealing with the lack of communication from Magnolia and their vendor. As soon as it shipped to the delivery company, they only deliver 1 day out of the week to the area I live in. Just making this all around the most inconvenient experience with this bench. Really disappointing. And I can honestly say the bench is not worth all that hassle."

"I purchased this on Feb 4th. I requested to cancel my order when customer service sent an email to me saying the item was out of stock. Immediately, I was sent another email saying the item was shipped already and could not be cancelled. It was not shipped, just changed to shipped status so I could not get a refund per their “policy”. The item has NOT shipped one month later. Who knows when I might see it, but they refuse to return $$ and persist in claiming that the item shipped on Feb 4th....... I can’t believe magnolia’s lack of integrity."
