Your satisfaction is what matters most to us. Our standard return policy covers returns of most products in new or "like-new" condition up to 30 days after delivery. Please note: For returns not related to damage, defect, or fulfillment error, a flat $9.50 return fee will be deducted from your refund. Large or oversized items may require special handling and will incur an additional $9.50 fee. "This tapestry is perfect. Another reviewer mentioned a crease/fold in the paper (which is heavy duty!), we had a crease as well and placed the tapestry on a towel and used a low setting and ironed out the crease. Go slow and careful. It looks stunning!!"

"Purchased, for a Christmas gift for my granddaughter who is in Kodiak Island,Alaska who's husband is serving in the Coast Guard and I was disappointed that you wouldn't ship it to her, I had it shipped to my house in Pennsylvania, and it cost me three times the amount to ship it that I paid for the tapestry ! so that was quite disappointing cause I have 11 grandchildren and I am on a budget"
