• Care & Use: The color of the rug is influenced by your environment, lighting, and time of day; rugs may contain temporary creases upon arrival, allow time for creases to flatten and settle; indoors, we recommend a rug pad for extra cushion and to keep the rug firmly in place.
   

Shipping
This item is shipped through Magnolia Home Rugs by Joanna Gaines x Loloi. An additional charge will be added to accommodate shipping, which can be viewed at checkout. Allow up to three weeks for delivery. Please note, we require a signature upon delivery for all rugs in your order.

This item is not eligible for Expedited or International Shipping.

Returns
If you order a Magnolia Home by Joanna Gaines x Loloi rug from us and you don't absolutely love it, you can return within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. Once your rug has been processed, it is not eligible for cancellation but can be returned for a refund.

Your satisfaction is what matters most to us, so should your item arrive damaged or defective, please reach out to help@magnolia.com for assistance. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and images of the rug and its packaging.
