"I recently baked Joann's Bacon Quiche in my new pie dish. I blind baked the crust first and then added the filling. It turned out perfect. This is the perfect pie plate for Pumpkin Quiche, or any liquid filling. Blind baking the curst first, makes for a good, crisp curst."
