Returns
If you order a Magnolia Home by Joanna Gaines x Loloi rug from us and you don't absolutely love it, you can return within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. Once your rug has been processed, it is not eligible for cancellation but can be returned for a refund.
Your satisfaction is what matters most to us, so should your item arrive damaged or defective, please reach out to help@magnolia.com for assistance. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and images of the rug and its packaging. "The rug is very pretty but is not as brown as the picture more of a cream color even with the two tone effect the rug is lighter than the picture. I still like it a lot and it fits my space but definitely not the same color as pictured"

"This rug is so soft with cream, brown, and hint of charcoal colors. Packaged well, and easy to unfold. No odor and lays out pretty quickly. It goes perfectly with our neutral colors and the little fringe on the ends add a simple touch. Love this!"
