Good but with One Big Problem

"This in and of itself is cute. However, they make a point of selling paper refills because in theory you will actually use this and eventually need more paper. To be honest, I was shocked and disappointed by the sheer wastefulness of the refill. Instead of simply supplying another roll of paper, it comes with another metal roller within the paper. It seemed ridiculous and we couldn't imagine that there wasn't some way to swap out just the paper roll. But no. There isn't. What a complete waste. So every time you need more paper you have to toss out the previous metal roller and into the landfull it goes. And when they stop making this item (which inevitiably they will), you will no longer be able to get paper and you'll have to throw the entire thing away. It's such a simple solution. Make it so it fits standard paper roll refills. Show some respect for the enviroment. I expected better from Joanna and her team. I hoped they were a little more aware of thier impact."
