Gloria carved wood and brass decorative ladder

"The first one I received was broken. Call to Magnolia staff who was extremely helpful in arranging for delivery of a new ladder which arrived in perfect condition. The customer service rep was wonderful and made me feel Magnolia cares about the customers and the company reputation."

— Connie M. (5/5)

Flimsy

"I was excited for this ladder and expected a quality product. When it arrived, I was disappointed to see how flimsy it was. It even leans to one side. The price is much too high for the product quality."
