Floral Antique Brass Picture Frame

Good for the price, some critiques

"It’s a pretty frame and I love the delicate floral corners. It is very clearly a cheaper material if you look up close… and the top of one of the frames has what appear to be finger prints throughout the entire border (that you can’t wipe off, I tried). So while I am generally pleased for the price, there are those couple critiques that I have. The frames were nicely packaged and in tact when I received them."

Mostly good

"I placed a fairly large order- (2) 16x20 brass rail frames and (4) 11x14 brass wall frames. They arrived separately, the rails seperate from the wall ones. The rail frames were packaged very well and arrived in perfect shape. The others were inappropriately packaged. 2 frames in one box, and the other two packaged separately from each other and in boxes far larger than the frames themselves required. As a result, one of them was broken- not just the glass but the frame itself. Also, this particular frame had no bubble wrap around it or brown paper like all of the other frames. With tax and shipping, this is almost a $65 loss. It's too much of a pain to try to ship back and return broken glass so I reordered another. I hope someone reads these reviews and ships out the additional frame in an appropriate sized, better packaged box."
