Beautiful but delayed

"This item is attractive and well-made but it took 6 weeks to arrive. There were no tracking updates and no communication between Magnolia and the vendor. Magnolia couldn’t provide any tracking info. They promised to get back to me in 5 days but didn’t. When I complained they estimated another 5 days. This repeated for weeks. Eventually they admitted it was lost in transit. Then it was delivered, but Magnolia was not aware of that. They told me that they would continue to monitor it."
