Returns
If you order a Magnolia Home by Joanna Gaines x Loloi rug from us and you don't absolutely love it, you can return within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. Once your rug has been processed, it is not eligible for cancellation but can be returned for a refund.
Your satisfaction is what matters most to us, so should your item arrive damaged or defective, please reach out to help@magnolia.com for assistance. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and images of the rug and its packaging. "The rug looks pretty, but we’ve had it unrolled for a few weeks now and it still smells. When we first unrolled it I thought a skunk died outside but when I walked outside it smelled better than my house. I assumed it was just needing to air out but I still smell it weeks later…. It’s honestly so bad I would consider returning it or just going elsewhere for a rug all together."
