Returns
If you order a Magnolia Home by Joanna Gaines x Loloi rug from us and you don't absolutely love it, you can return within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. Once your rug has been processed, it is not eligible for cancellation but can be returned for a refund.

Beautiful rug for price

"A local rug store carries this line of rugs and I recently purchased this rug in one of the larger sizes. It's beautiful in person. I don't normally write review but I saw the one review was so terrible and wanted to add a positive review of the rug. It is light and definitely you can tell machine made, but for the price I found the quality to be high. The colors are soft and muted and I feel the pictures on website represent very well the rug in person."

Terrible quality, looks nothing like the image on website

"I was so excited to purchase this runner for my foyer, but when the rug arrived it was laughable how poor quality it was. It's thin, low-density, and terrible coloring. The image on the website IS NOT the same rug that arrived. It was a completely different coloration and did not have the small fringe shown in the picture. It's almost like a cheap knock off of what they are showing on the website. I wish I could share pictures to show how terrible the rug is."
