"I opened my package the day it arrived to find that the gold frame had the gold paint scratched off in many places revealing the white base underneath the paint. I am waiting to hear from customer service (I provided them with several pictures of the damaged areas) as I would like to return this item as I received it damaged and it does not meet the quality I expected."

- The framed art measures 17" x !5," please expand on that measurement. Is 17" the length or heigth?
- Hi Leslie, This art is a rectangle, so 15" will be the width and 17" will be the height!
