A vintage-inspired mix of aluminum and brass gives the Antique Brass Snack Tray the look of something picked up secondhand rather than ordered new, shallow and rounded in a shape built for holding an assortment of nuts, olives, or holiday candy within easy reach. At just under 9 inches across, it's small enough to move from the coffee table to the kitchen counter as an evening goes on, following wherever the conversation ends up.

What we like is how it dresses up the smallest, most overlooked moments of hosting — the bowl of mixed nuts that usually gets set out in whatever container is closest at hand instead gets a proper home, with a bit of the same antiqued glow found across this collection's other pieces. Set it out during the cocktail hour before a holiday dinner, or keep it filled on the counter for anyone who wanders through the kitchen looking for a snack between meals.

It's a small piece, easy to overlook on a list of holiday must-buys, but it's the kind of detail that makes casual entertaining feel a little more considered, long after the big holiday meal has been cleared and put away for the night.
