Fried Chicken Night
Welcome to Fried Chicken Friday, and our final episode of season 3!
There’s nothing like that first crunch when you take a bite of fried chicken. When I’ve got a little extra time on my hands, this is a recipe that I love to make for my family. If frying chicken (or anything) at home is a little out of the ordinary for you, I’m going to share a few techniques I’ve used over the years that help make the process a little easier.
For the sides, I’m making creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes, a simple Coleslaw, and one of Crew’s favorite desserts: Strawberry Pie.
This may not be a fancy meal, but it’s full of comfort, and some days that's what we need most.
