INGREDIENTS
- 1 package of Magnolia Table Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1 quart heavy cream
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
DIRECTIONS
1. To make the cookies: Place oven rack in the middle position and preheat to 350°F.
2. Remove plastic packaging from frozen cookie dough and place on a parchment lined baking sheet 2 inches apart.
3. Bake 15 to 18 minutes until the desired doneness is reached. Cooking time will vary. We love our cookies lightly golden with a soft center!
4. While cookies are baking, brew a pot of coffee. Then, make the vanilla bean whipped cream: Add cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla bean paste to the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment and mix on medium speed until soft peaks form.
5. Remove cookies from the oven and allow to cool on the pan for 1 minute, then transfer to a rack to cool completely.
6. Serve a warm cookie with a large dollop of whipped cream and a cup of black coffee.
