If there’s one thing the food locations at the Silos have in common, it’s that each of them serves some of the best eats in town. Whether you’re hungry for breakfast, lunch, or a midday treat, these places offer something for everyone to enjoy. We hope this serves as a helpful guide as you plan your next trip!

Cheddar Box

Grilled cheese gets reimagined at this crowd-favorite food truck. From non-traditional cheeses to toppings like basil, bacon, and guacamole, Cheddar Box takes one of our favorite comfort foods and elevates it to something special. Fun fact: This was one of the first food trucks to make its home at the Silos. It's been parked here since 2015.

Club Sandwich

Don't be fooled by the name, there's not a single sandwich on the menu! Club Sandwich is an Asian fusion food truck that specializes in what they call trashcan bowls: a bed of rice or shredded cabbage topped with your choice of meat and fresh veggies, plus a drizzle of your choice of their signature sauces.

900 Degrees Pizzeria

A slice of amore right here in Waco, 900 Degrees Pizzeria sources all their ingredients straight from Italy. Pick a signature pie from their menu or build one just the way you like.

Summer Snow

An icy treat to beat the heat, Summer Snow serves up shave ice in dozens of flavors.

Pop’s Lemonade

The self-proclaimed “sweetest spot in town,” this local lemonade stand is famous for its refreshing flavors like strawberry, mint, and lime. Find their 32-ounce buckets in front of Katy Ballpark at the Silos.

Captain Billy Whizzbangs

They say they've been serving the best burgers in Waco since 1977 but don’t just take their word for it—try one for yourself at the Silos. Stop by Captain Billy Whizzbangs food truck for an old-fashioned hamburger and a side of fries.

Frenchie’s

Hot diggity... Frenchie’s is just the spot for a gourmet hot dog! This fun new addition to our Food Truck Park is sure to satisfy any taste—whether you prefer an old-time classic or specialty flavor like The Texico (topped with cabbage, lime crema, and feta cheese).

Alabama Sweet Tea

A southern staple and a favorite on the grounds, this truck serves freshly-brewed sweet tea in an Instagram-worthy reusable glass jar. Order it however you like—the Yankee (unsweet), the Southern (full sweet), the Mason Dixon (half sweet), or the Holiday (with a spiced twist).

DiCampli’s La Bottega

One of our favorite local eateries recently arrived at the Silos in food truck form. Meet Di Campli’s, a family-owned and operated restaurant serving affordable, authentic Italian dishes like Arancini and Caprese Sandwiches

Well Rounded

Tucked away near Katy Ballpark and The Old Church, this stand serves gourmet mini donuts and drinks.
