- Installed a built-in wooden floating bench seat and custom millwork for mudroom storage

- Installed black and white tile flooring made of pressed volcanic ash
- Installed new light fixture
- Left original water fountain and painted it green to tie into the kitchen island

- Installed a yellow square tile mosaic on the backsplash, countertops, and sink for a retro feel
- Installed floating shelves with wooden dowel rods
- Added a new washer and dryer, topped with a tiled folding table, wooden shelf, and hanging rod
- Added more built-in cabinetry along the wall for storage
- Installed a custom cherry wood door with reeded glass
- Added new wall sconce and flush mount

- Added custom cherry wood paneling on walls with curved radius detail

- Installed skylights to brighten the space
- Added retro cream fireplace in the corner
- Added custom built-in sectional with green upholstery
- Added a game table
- Converted former closet (turned oven nook) into built-in storage space with upper shelving and wallpaper
- Installed chandelier, can lights, and sconces
- Painted ceiling and upper walls

- Removed Grecian column
- Installed custom, built-in seating nook with shelving and white bouclé upholstery
- Added custom, built-in bed frame with green velvet headboard, cherry wood millwork and cabinetry, and vintage sconces
- Added wallpaper throughout
- Painted the ceiling
- Stained, sanded, and sealed original wooden floors
- Installed a new closet system with a dresser in the middle and bypass closet doors on either side
- Retrimmed windows in cherry wood and installed new wooden door
- Installed new light fixture

- Reconfigured entire layout
- Painted the ceiling
- Removed glass blocks and added custom steel partition powder coated in a mid-century green with reeded glass inlays
- Added floating wooden vanity and quartz countertop
- Added oval vanity mirrors
- Installed Belgian reproduction black terracotta flooring
- Added plaster on walls and in shower, sealed and waxed for a waterproof finish
- Installed brass transom window hardware
- Added quartz ledge above bathtub
- Installed a new toilet, sink, faucets, and freestanding tub
- Added new light fixtures
- Replaced casement windows with fixed windows
Pool: Before + After
what we updated:
- Pumped, drained, and cleaned pool
- Resurfaced with new tile and plaster
- Cleaned up surrounding landscape

- Replaced any rotting wood

Patio: Before + After
what we updated:
- Removed dilapidated wooden deck and created a level sitting area by building a retaining wall and filling with gravel
- Installed new sod and landscape throughout yard
- Took out the chain link fence in the back, cleared landscape, and trimmed hedges to enhance the view
Throughout the home, Chip, Jo, and the team also installed new HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
